Build the line-up at home on the couch and track subs from the sideline. After the match you see exactly who played how much.

  • Last week's line-upDrag players into position or tap a plus. One tap loads last week's line-up for every quarter; anyone who's missing leaves an open spot.
  • Your own formationsPick a different formation per quarter or half. Use the pencil to move positions to the right spot and save them as your own formation for the whole team.
  • Subs from the sidelineTap played after each quarter. A played quarter is locked, so nothing shifts by accident.
  • Fair playing timeMinutes played, bench time and number of subs per player, with an orange bar for anyone playing clearly less.
  • Attendance and guest playersMark who is missing and add a guest player for one match. All coaches see the same line-up.

No more copying practices into your own calendar. Once you're scheduled it's in there, and a moved practice or cancelled match updates by itself.

Give the app your club's or team's colour, logo and name. The header, buttons and highlights change straight away, and so do the flyers with QR code. With a light colour the text turns dark automatically, so everything stays readable.

FAQ

Common questions

What does Trainersplanner cost?

It's free during the introduction period, expected to run until May 2027. After that a team licence is expected to cost 2–3 euros or dollars per team for 12 months. Get in touch for a club licence.

Does it work for every team sport?

Yes. Pitches and formats for football, futsal, hockey, handball, korfball, basketball and ice hockey are ready to use. For other team sports you set the number of players, formation and match length yourself.

Can I track the line-up during the match?

Yes. Build a line-up per quarter or half, copy the previous one or last week's, and only swap who comes off. Tap played after each quarter and the playing time counts.

I coach several teams. Do I keep entering a code?

No. You create one 5-digit personal code. All your teams then sit under your name at the top right and you switch with one tap, even on a new phone or tablet.

Do my practices show up in my calendar?

Yes. With Add to calendar, the practices and matches you're scheduled for appear in your calendar on iPhone, Google or Outlook. Changes come through automatically.

Is the app available in English?

Yes. The app follows your phone's language, and everyone can switch between English and Dutch via their name at the top right.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Trainersplanner runs in the browser. To keep it on your home screen: on iPhone tap Share in Safari and then Add to Home Screen; on Android choose Install app from the menu.

Do coaches need an account?

No. Coaches open their team's link, pick their name and create a 5-digit personal code once. It protects their name and shows all their teams on any device.

Who can see my team's data?

Only people with the team link. The app does not ask coaches for email addresses, and for players it only stores a name.
